Occupational Safety & Health Management
Sebang Group upholds industrial safety and employee health as its top priorities, managing workplace safety beyond legal requirements to ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees. In the logistics sector, Sebang Group holds KOSHA-MS certification for occupational safety and health management. In the manufacturing sector, a dedicated Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Management Office was established in 2022, ensuring continuous operation and oversight. To prevent serious industrial accidents, we have developed a comprehensive safety and health management system, continuously implementing required safety measures under various safety-related laws. Additionally, we have established safety and health processes to fully comply with the Serious Accident Punishment Act (SAPA), ensuring strict adherence to workplace safety obligations.
Human Right Management

We operate a performance-driven compensation system based on fair performance evaluations and promotion point policies. Sebang Group also upholds human rights, strictly prohibiting discrimination and forced labor, while ensuring a safe work environment through benefits such as parental leave, maternity leave, and childcare support. To promote a respectful workplace culture, we conduct sexual harassment prevention training and disability awareness education. Additionally, we comply with ILO conventions and facilitate labor-management communication through advisory councils to enhance working conditions. A cyber whistleblowing system is also in place to provide a swift response framework for human rights concerns.
Mutual management of partner companies
Sebang Group introduces an ethics management practice pledge and a fair trade compliance program to enhance corruption prevention and fairness, provide newsletters and education for the safety and environmental management of its partners, and increase work convenience.
In the logistics business, we are establishing a transparent and efficient contract system through the establishment of a contract management organization in 2023 and the introduction of a partner win-win portal system in 2024, strengthening real-time communication with advanced logistics solutions, and promoting sustainable growth.
In the manufacturing sector, we have established a culture of fair contracting by complying with the four major practices of the Fair Trade Commission and introducing standard subcontracting contracts, and are strengthening win-win cooperation with our partners through the operation of reporting channels, holding seminars, and regular evaluations. We are also establishing a sustainable cooperation system by introducing the Fair Trade Compliance Program (CP).
